SIPSwitch Real-time Monitoring

The 3 graphs below provide near real-time (the graphs are produced every 5s) monitoring for the SIPSwitch SIP Proxy Server. The graphs are produced by Blue Face's production monitoring tools and are independent of the SIPSwitch.

The SIP Response Times graph monitors the reponse times of the SIPSwitch SIP Proxy to OPTIONS requests that are sent at intervals of 1 second. Under normal conditions the reponse should be between 0 and 200ms. If the response time shows up as -100ms it means a reponse was not received within 2s. If the response times flat line at -100 it means the sipswitch is either down or operationally impaired, i.e. it's not good and calls probably won't work.

The SIPSwitch Registered Contacts graph shows how many current contacts the SIPSwitch SIP Registrar has. Each SIPSwitch SIP account can have multiple contacts so the registered contact count does not directly correpsond to user accounts.

The SIPSwitch Calls graph tracks the number of calls set up by the SIPSwitch in the previous 5 seconds.
