Dial Plan Wizard
Monday, February 2nd, 2009For quite a while now our new users were asking for a kind of wizard to generate Ruby dial plans. We have been working on this and we released a 1st version today : Rubyzard
It allows creating basic dial plans. The aim is to help less technical people and new comers to get started quicker and also not to get afraid of the dial plans (we agree that at 1st glance it can look nasty to people not used to programming).
Depending on the feedback we are getting from this and on the use that people are making of it, we’ll update it in the near future.
Future evolution of this application will allow to create more advanced dial plans which include : tables, ENUM, callback, speed dial …
